Es momento para compartir que el edificio es muy bonito sus amenidades son excelentes, pero quiero resaltar que la atención de Magy, Max, Nicole en la oficina son super atentos y te apoyan en todo, el personal de mantenimiento liderados por Óscar atiende tus necesidades rápidamente, te mantienen constantemente informados en la comunidad de todo lo que sucede, tuvimos mucha suerte de encontrarlos, les recomiendo este edificio está súper bien ubicado, el metro está muy cerca, restaurantes y lugares para visitar. En fin si piensan cambiarse de lugar de residencia les RECOMIENDO URBA y todo su equipo.

Just renewed our lease at Urba! We moved in last year and were among the first 25% of occupants and are thrilled to see how much the community has and is continuing to grow. Even with the growing numbers we find the staff here are excellent and cater to each resident as much as possible! For new residents: great location (approx. 5 min walk to the metro, many gyms, on top of a Harris teeter, and a lot of really great food options!), new building with nice amenities (fun community events, nice gym, and some grills), and really amazing staff (shout outs to Katie and Eyayou!).

I moved into this apartment in March, and I've been having an amazing experience ever since. One of the main reasons I chose this place was the friendly and professional staff at the leasing office. Danielle, Maggie, and Max have always been so helpful, and they continue to handle everything perfectly.

The maintenance team, Oscar and Eyayou, are always quick and precise when resolving any issues, and I trust them 100%.

URBA is conveniently located with a grocery store on the first floor and easy access to the Metro and highways, which is a huge advantage. The neighbors here are always friendly and respectful, and I've never experienced any noise problems.

While the amenities may be fewer compared to other apartments, I find the smaller spaces well-maintained, which actually creates a peaceful, quiet, and comfortable environment.

Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a great place to live!

Urba is by far the best place I have lived in Arlington! The leasing, concierge and maintenance staff are always willing to help and incredibly kind.

The leasing staff does a wonderful job of putting on lots of events for the residents and they are always quick to answer any questions.

The concierge team never fails to put a smile on my face and are always so welcoming and attentive!

Finally, any maintenance requests I have ever submitted are always answered within 24 hours.

I could not say enough great things about Urba & the people that work here! 🙂

We recently moved our daughter into the URBA Apartments in Ballston, Arlington at the beginning of August and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The leasing team, including Danielle, the community manager, along with leasing agents Maggie, Kierra, and Max, were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to answer all our questions, provided multiple tours of the apartments without hesitation, and expedited the processing of her rental application. Their knowledge, friendliness, and efficiency made the experience seamless.

A special thanks to the maintenance team, particularly Eyayu, who did an outstanding job installing lights in her apartment, fixing the outlet and setting up her TV. The quality of his work was top-notch, and they left the apartment in immaculate condition. We are thrilled that our daughter has moved into such a beautiful and well-managed apartment - we couldn't be happier with the service we received.

I toured 23 different properties in the Ballston area and I’ll save you the leg work; nothing compares to URBA. This was the only property I stumbled into without an appointment, yet ironically this team was ready to access my individual needs and exceed my expectations. I must thank Danielle, Max, Maggie, and Kiarra who each knew my situation and made it easy to make the move. The front desk team embodies the perfect balance of personal and professional. Rhonda and Kepher are standouts, and I can’t believe me mentioning my daughter’s 8-year-old birthday in passing moved Rhonda to buy her a beautiful mermaid necklace.
As we all know your average moving team bumps a few walls on the way in, but the maintenance team has prioritized making this new apartment perfect again. Thank you Eyayou, Oscar, and Ivan. Trust me, I’ve made 12 state to state moves in my career and you won’t find a better property/staff. Brand new building, 10 foot ceilings, incredible amenities, a great tenant community, and an amazing location above the new Harris Teeter. There is nothing better in the 22203 than URBA!
